About the Role

The Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P) team manages approximately $2B in annual spend across more than 3,000 suppliers, driving cost reduction and risk mitigation through proactive contract management and compliance. As an SS&P Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting sourcing and contracting initiatives by providing research, analytics, and operational coordination. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise, and develop expertise in procurement processes and negotiation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SS&P leadership with research and analytics aligned to sourcing and procurement initiatives.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports, analyze spend and market data, and present key insights to SS&P and operational stakeholders.
  • Assist in assembling sourcing documentation, including requirement gathering, vendor response consolidation, and execution of sourcing processes for low-to-mid complexity assignments.
  • Facilitate contractual review and execute documentation for low complexity transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Coordinate completion of agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, Amendments, SOWs, and Work Orders.
  • Manage multiple sourcing and contracting efforts simultaneously, following approved procurement processes.
  • Apply industry-standard negotiation practices, including developing negotiation plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operational stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication throughout all activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing (2 years required; 4–6 years preferred).
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entry-level project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret legal terminology and contract clauses
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Entry Level).
  • Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa, PowerBI, and Quickbase (Entry Level).
  • Ability to generate reports and perform data analysis.
  • Experience managing end-to-end sourcing processes
  • Knowledge of negotiation best practices and risk mitigation strategies
