Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Engineer for Insurance Carrier.

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with a passion for delivering robust automation and performance testing solutions in AI-driven environments. In this technical role, you will work closely with QA Engineering, Application Engineering/Operations, and Production Support teams to drive quality across complex systems. 

This Position is a technical role of QA Engineer focused on AI solutions. This technical role involves working closely with QA Engineering, Application Engineering/Operations, and Production Support teams. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in delivering robust QA Automation and Performance testing solutions by leveraging emerging capabilities in Generative AI and Observability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Appium
  • Design and execute performance testing strategies using JMeter and LoadRunner
  • Create and manage test suites for regression, functional, and performance testing
  • Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, MQ) and database validations (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
  • Integrate testing practices with observability platforms such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of AI-enabled applications
  • Support cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation, performance engineering, and AI tooling

Required Qualifications

Must-have:

    • Bachelor´s Degree in IT or related field
    • English Proficient
    • SDET and Performance Testing (PT) expertise
    • Proficiency in Python (intermediate to advanced)
    • Experience with JMeter or LoadRunner (advanced level)
    • Familiarity with observability and APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics)

Nice to have:

    • Experience with Appium for mobile automation
    • Java programming knowledge (intermediate)
    • Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP – entry level)
    • Automation testing experience using Selenium, Playwright, Appium
