Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Providing exceptional and personalized service.
• Taking responsibility for a designated workstation or section as assigned by the Leading Waiter or Head Waiter, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Carrying out all instructions from the Head Waiter and Leading Waiter accurately and promptly.
• Attending to guests' needs in a timely and attentive manner, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• A few years' experience in hotels or restaurants in a comparable position.
• Experience in dealing with international customers.
• A commitment to creating exceptional culinary experiences that align with the prestigious reputation of the Belmond brand.
• Extensive travel across Europe.
• European or Swiss passport.
• Fluency in English and preferably French, with a basic comprehension of Italian being a plus.
