In the role of Food & Beverage Intern at Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, you will be an essential part of the F&B department for the upcoming season. You will have the opportunity to learn the core practices of luxury F&B operations, assist our service and culinary teams, and support the delivery of Michelin-starred guest experiences. Primary Responsibilities Include 

• Supporting the service team in our restaurants and bars during preparation and service. 

• Assisting with the setup and coordination of F&B outlets and special events. 

• Learning F&B administrative tasks, including inventory and reservation systems. 

• Shadowing key roles (Chef de Rang, Hostess, Bar) to gain a comprehensive understanding of operations. 

• Assisting with daily F&B operations and responding to guest inquiries. 

• Participating in departmental training sessions. 

Requirements

What You Bring: 

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. 

• A strong, genuine interest in Food & Beverage and the luxury hospitality sector. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• A proactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for service. 

• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). 

• Detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn.
