We are looking for a Fashion Curator & AI Stylist who has a deep understanding of Global and Japanese fashion trends and can translate them into visually compelling AI-generated styling references. This role requires a keen eye for fashion styling, the ability to analyze and deconstruct trends, and expertise in AI prompt engineering to create dynamic and trend-driven fashion visuals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, will be proactive, innovative, and able to drive the next wave of fashion inspiration! 

Key Responsibilities: 

Trend Identification & Research 

  • Monitor and analyze Japanese and global fashion trends through social media, fashion shows, street style, influencer content, entertainment, music, and celebrity fashion. 
  • Track evolving fashion cycles, including seasonal trends, color palettes, fabric choices, and styling techniques. 
  • Research how trends emerge from pop culture, subcultures, and media, understanding their impact on mainstream fashion. 
  • Deconstruct trend aesthetics into core elements, identifying key styling components (e.g., silhouette, layering, accessories). 
  • Assess the relevance and longevity of different trends and provide insights on their adaptability for different looks and markets. 
  • Analyze content performance using analytics dashboards, tracking engagement and identifying areas for improvement. 

AI Styling & Prompt Engineering 

  • Develop AI-generated fashion prompts that align with identified trends, ensuring authenticity and innovation in styling. 
  • Craft detailed prompts that capture the mood, silhouette, and visual aesthetic of each trend, experimenting with diverse fashion interpretations. 
  • Explore different narratives, settings, and contexts to create a range of visually engaging AI-generated fashion looks. 
  • Continuously refine AI-generated outputs to improve accuracy, creativity, and alignment with real-world fashion trends. 

Requirements 

  • Fashion Trend Analysis – Strong understanding of global and Japanese fashion movements, trend cycles, and pop culture influences. 
  • Styling & Aesthetics – Ability to break down fashion trends into key styling components and create visually appealing references. 
  • AI & Prompt Engineering – Experience or willingness to learn AI prompt generation to craft trend-inspired fashion visuals. 
  • Visual Research & Curation – Skilled at sourcing and compiling fashion references that align with trend aesthetics. 
  • Creativity & Innovation – Ability to conceptualize and translate trends into compelling, AI-generated fashion images. 
  • Attention to Detail – Strong eye for color, composition, and style nuances to ensure accuracy in trend representation. 
  • Cultural Awareness – Deep understanding of Japanese fashion subcultures and their influence on global fashion trends and vice versa. 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Background in fashion styling, fashion design, trend forecasting, or fashion content creation. 
  • Familiarity with AI image-generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E) or willingness to learn them. 
  • Experience in content creation, digital fashion, or social media trend analysis is a plus. 
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English is required to effectively assess trends, communicate feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
