About the Role
We’re hiring a Family Preservation and Reunification Caseworker to join our team in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will work directly with children, youth, and families referred through Children & Youth Services (CYS). You will support families in accessing services, attending appointments, and preparing for reunification. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that families receive the necessary support to strengthen their relationships and achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities

●        Initiate and maintain contact with families referred through CYS

●        Assist families in preparing for doctor appointments and monthly foster home visits

●        Complete required documentation, including case notes, in compliance with regulations and company standards

●        Attend court hearings and provide testimony when required

●        Ensure families are connected to appropriate services and resources

Required Qualifications

●        Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a good driving record

●        Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a non-related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a human services-related field

Preferred Qualifications

●        Experience working in family services, child welfare, or similar human services settings

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time Employees:

●        $750 sign-on bonus: $250 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days
