Family Medicine Physician
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding primary care team.This role offers the opportunity to practice community-based medicine within a supportive environment that provides resources and academic connections of a leading medical center.
The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups, with opportunities to engage in teaching, quality improvement, and system-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients and families.
- Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Contribute to quality, safety, and population health initiatives.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor for medical students and residents.
- Document care in the integrated electronic medical record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in community-based or academic-affiliated practice.
- Interest in quality improvement, population health, or medical education.
- Dedication to advancing health equity and addressing social determinants of health.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
- Commitment to patient-centered, equitable care in a diverse community setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
