Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including petitions, motions, and discovery requests.
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation for ongoing family law cases.

• Research legal regulations and precedents relevant to family law matters.
• File documents with the court electronically and ensure compliance with legal protocols.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, specifically in family law.
• Strong understanding of U.S. family law procedures and documentation.
