We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal or Legal Assistant with U.S. law experience to support our client, a reputable law firm specializing in family law. This fully remote position requires expertise in family law procedures and the ability to provide high-quality administrative and legal support to attorneys.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high-volume caseload of family law matters.
• Draft and file legal motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Manage heavy client interaction — both written and verbal.
• Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• De-escalate stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.
• Utilize legal software and various applications to support clients efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and other legal staff as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in family law (required).
• Ability to independently handle cases and communicate with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English (required).
• Strong legal writing and document drafting skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. legal procedures and terminology.
