$19 to $22 per hour, based on experience
Weekend shift schedule: Friday through Sunday, 12-hour shifts

Perform routine inspections on machinery, production equipment, and facility systems in Salem, OR
Execute preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and basic electrical components
Maintain motors, production machinery, and industrial equipment
Use hand tools, power tools, hoists, and diagnostic equipment
Disassemble and reassemble equipment components as needed
Maintain detailed service logs and repair documentation
Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs
Assist with equipment relocation and installation while following safety procedures
Support facility upkeep including seasonal grounds maintenance
Follow OSHA standards and internal safety protocols

High school diploma or GED
1 to 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance practices
Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and production machinery
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, hoists, and measuring instruments
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and climbing
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Availability to work Friday through Sunday 12-hour shifts, with possible additional weekday hours
