Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime
  • Repair doors, windows, flooring, lighting, and other structural components
  • Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors when necessary
  • Assist with facility upgrades, installations, and renovations


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Possess a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, enjoy variety in your work 
  • Previous experience in a facilities role
  • Ability to use hand tools, read equipment and maintenance manuals and read schematic drawings 
  • Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units or measurements
  • 480 3-phase knowledge and HVAC experience are highly preferred


Physical/Travel Requirements:  

  • Valid driver’s license and have the physical ability to frequently lift over 50 pounds
