If you are great at what you do, enjoy working in a startup environment, and are ready to have an immediate impact, we would like to hear from you.    In this position, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a highly-effective security program consistent with all regulatory and government policies. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all Physical and Perimeter Security as well as managing the facility’s Personnel and Industrial Security programs and ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD254), and other applicable policies/directives. As the FSO you will work closely with various agencies to organize and maintain the company’s facility clearance and accreditation. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification.

Prior experience building out/accrediting and maintaining a SCIF.

Experience with the implementation of CMMC policies.

ITAR and Export Control knowledge.
