The mission of the position is to plan, coordinate and control all facility management activities in order to meet budget and facility management targets (e.g. utilities and media availability, facility costs, etc.). Furthermore, the Facility Manager initiates and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all facility management relevant processes.

▪ Conduct employee dialogues, personnel development and coaching

Bachelor's degree preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, energy supply or related technical discipline.
Advanced English
Experience in infrastructure (steam generation, cooling systems, compressed air, electrical substations). You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you do need experience.
Administration and planning of utility projects, budgets, etc.
Management of preventive maintenance for buildings and infrastructure.
Experience in managing indicators using a BMS (Building Management System) or a digital platform.
Experience with legal requirements and audits of facilities under NOM001 and 14001 standards.
