Shift: Mid Shift
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for day-to-day facilities and asset operations. This includes developing and maintaining databases for facilities inventory, condition assessments and scheduled maintenance. The role will also serve as the primary contact for asset management, preparing reports, analyzing IT and office equipment inventory and ensuring adequate supply levels. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

• 2-4 years work experience as a Facilities Coordinator
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Available to work on-site daily
• Flexible to work night shifts and weekends
• Ability to deliver various reports to management
• Good organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail – managing large number of stocks that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented personality
• Mathematical skills – Have to be good with numbers for price comparison, inventory level analysis and other calculations
• Strong commitment to company values and principles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance
• Preferably with a background in Facilities Management
