Main responsibilities:

Master your craft 

  • Reconfigure office spaces according to requested layouts and plans;
  • Perform basic maintenance work: hanging artwork, changing light bulbs, minor plumbing or painting repairs, and furniture upkeep;
  • Move, transport, and deliver equipment as well as internal or vendor orders;
  • Follow all safety procedures when carrying out tasks and remain alert to any safety or security issues on the premises, taking prompt action or reporting them to the appropriate person;
  • Cover for colleagues in cases of absence or peak demand;
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed and participate in specific projects with the Facilities team.

  • Clearly communicate constraints, proposed solutions, and work progress;
  • Act as a reliable, solution-oriented partner in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • High School Diploma;
  • Ability to lift, transport, push and pull heavy loads;
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time;
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence;
  • Autonomy, organization, attention to details and initiative.
  • Full-time contract (SUNDAY TO THURSDAY, 8A.M to 5P.M);
  • 5 paid sick days;
  • 2 additional statutory holidays in the winter holidays;
