Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and develop tailored ad offers and copywriting concepts.
  • Communicate marketing strategies to clients and set clear expectations.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  • Analyse data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with your team via Slack and manage projects through Monday.com.
  • Continuously test and iterate on creatives, targeting, and ad copy to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaign management experience.
  • Proven success in local lead generation (preferably for service-based businesses).
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with ad reporting, conversion tracking, and funnel optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and reliable; able to work independently in a remote setup.
