In line with the continued expansion and maturity of our Risk function, AP+ is inviting Expressions of Interest for two Senior Manager, Business Risk (Line 1) roles — one permanent opportunity and one 12-month maximum term contract.
These roles will support the strengthening of our first line of defence as we scale and enhance our risk management capability across the organisation.

Senior Manager, Business Risk (Line 1)
These roles lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts at a portfolio level, ensuring operational risks are appropriately identified, managed and escalated where required. You will provide guidance to Business Risk Managers, drive consistency of approach across the hub model, and engage senior stakeholders to influence risk maturity and uplift initiatives.
The Senior Manager plays a key role in shaping risk practices, strengthening governance, and ensuring the first line of defence operates effectively and cohesively.
