Odyssey is an ‘earn and learn’ alternative educational pathway and we’re looking for the brightest minds to join our 12-week Proof of Concept (PoC). This isn’t just a course; it’s a high impact, fully paid immersion into the future of work, designed in partnership with OES.

The Commitment 

• We move fast, and we expect you to keep pace. 

• 38 hours per week 

• 3 days onsite at our Cremorne hub (9 am – 5 pm) for deep collaboration. 

• 2 days online study for flexible, intensive skill-building. 

Timeline: March – June 2026 

Expression of Interest deadline: Tuesday 24 February.  

Location: Cremorne, VIC + Online. 

Eligibility & Requirements:  

• Right to work in Australia for the duration of the program (required for paid placement).  

• English proficiency suitable for workplace communication and online study.  

• No further education or ATAR required 

• ID verification required 

• Accessibility: reasonable adjustments are available for applications, learning and work.

Selection Process:  

• Step 1: Screening your EOI and evaluate suitability.  

• Step 2: Invitation to attend an information session onsite in Cremorne. 

• Step 3: 72-hour application turnaround after session, followed by an interview to understand your goals and fit.  

• Step 4: Offers made.
