Export & Investment Development Specialist / Expert

BlackStone eIT is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Export & Investment Development Specialist/Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new markets for our software solutions on an international scale while fostering strategic investments that align with our growth objectives. You will analyze global market trends, cultivate relationships with foreign partners, and develop strategies to facilitate export and investment opportunities.

As a key part of our business development department, you will provide insights that enhance our export capabilities and drive investment initiatives, ensuring that BlackStone eIT remains competitive and positioned for success in the global market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential export markets and investment opportunities for BlackStone eIT's solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote and facilitate exports and investments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for specific international markets.
• Monitor global economic trends and trade regulations to identify risks and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential investors and international clients.
• Track and report on export performance metrics and the success of investment initiatives.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Identify priority sectors and markets for investment and export.
• Develop investment promotion materials and investor pitch decks.
• Build relationships with chambers, embassies, and trade offices.
• Support local businesses to access regional/international markets.
• Monitor trade and investment trends relevant to Ajman.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in export development, international business, or investment management.
• Strong knowledge of global market trends, trade regulations, and investment strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across cultures.
• Proven track record of successfully managing export projects and investment initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel internationally as required to meet business needs.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
