What is Expert Learning & Development?

We are looking to hire an ‘Expert Learning & Development’ in the People & Organization division. You will play a crucial role in creating a “Leading learning Organization” by developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that support the professional growth and development of our employees. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify learning needs, design engaging learning experiences, and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning initiatives.

The role is the lead PoC for the Learning needs for their tagged segments of the organization.

The role directly reports to Stream head Talent, learning & Performance.

What does Expert Learning & Development do?

  • Give input to develop a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather insights and requirements for learning programs.
  • Research and identify suitable interventions for Talent Development Plans and 360 outcomes.
  • Ensure the most relevant training is being recommended to the most relevant learner as per a legitimate business need that delivers value.
  • Identify innovative approaches and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Design and develop engaging learning programs, courses, and materials utilizing various modalities (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning).
  • Analyze learning data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and processes.
  • Manage learning management system (LMS) and other learning technologies, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Create in-house e-modules via articulate suite for companywide and division specific trainings using advance tools.

Requirements

  • A strong business acumen, ability to convert business challenge into a learning intervention.
  • Ability to understand job roles and required competencies to be productive.
  • Ability to do in depth Research on learning interventions.
  • L&D content designing (blended Learning, micro-learnings, learning paths)
  • Practical knowledge of Learning Management System and Learner Experience Platform
  • In depth understanding of training consultants and related organizations.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and difficult stakeholders
  • Ability to hold the stage and engage diverse audience.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors effectively.
  • Experience in corporate learning in a large, diverse organizations.
  • Bachelors or Masters in business or HR or related degree with 3-5 years of experience
