Expert IT Intern

What you will do in this role 🧐

We’re looking for an Expert IT intern (meewerk stage) to join our team in Eindhoven. Someone who has a proactive attitude, likes to unburden colleagues and simply takes care of the backbone of any organisation: IT 💻

Joining Sendcloud’s Security & IT Team, you will be helping out your colleagues with all hardware and software issues. Upon completion of the internship, we are open to consider full time employment. We offer plenty of opportunities for growth, great company culture and insight into a 400 people organization where you can learn all the ins and outs of modern IT. We are fully cloud based, using industry leading technologies (Google Workspace, Various AI tools, such as ChatGPT/Gemini, Slack, Okta, etc.).  We are not your old-school ICT or boring on-prem company. ;)

Your responsibilities 🤴

• Managing all types of requests in our IT Service Desk.

• Managing our Hardware (Laptops, Phones, Meeting Rooms, etc.)

• Being the first point of contact for IT questions

• Coming up with improvements to manage our hardware and software stack

• Proactively looking out for opportunities to automate or simplify the way we do things

• Fluent in Dutch & possess excellent English skills (written and spoken)

• A communicative person with a strong interest in IT topics (of course)

• Located in or near Eindhoven (this is an in-office job)
