What is Expert Deployment Budgets & Payments?

Support role in Deployment Projects through SCM Coordination for Agreement / POs, Budget & invoice processing.

The role reports to the Manager Budgeting & PMO with an extended team of 3 people in the Network Deployment Department of the Technology Division.

What does Expert Deployment Budgets & Payments?

• Prepare and Monitor Departmental Budget. Generate monthly reports for Management review.
• Liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of New Rollout Projects.
• Issuance of POs & Capitalization of CAPEX Budget as per monthly plan.
• Finalize SOW in coordination with relevant stakeholders & follow-up with SCM for new and renewed agreements.
• Initiate PR as per defined KPIs and follow up with procurement for PO issuance.
• Handling service contracts invoices/payments of Rollout & Logistics as per agreement terms.
• Recording of data with supporting documents so that any query can be answered in the future.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone from financial background with 3-4 years work experience in relevant field.
• Effective communication and reporting skills, Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Vendor management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
