This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the core of our measurement practice. Your role is to be the analytical engine that powers our understanding of media effectiveness. You will be deep in the data, applying your statistical skills to measure the real-world impact of our media campaigns.

Working closely with clients, comms designers and channel specialists and reporting to a senior digital leader, you will be responsible for the technical design and analysis of our marketing experiments. • Statistical Analysis of Experiments: Use your knowledge of statistics to evaluate and analyse test results, ensuring our hypotheses are validated and our conclusions are reliable.
  • Data ETL and Analysis: Use code (SQL, Python, R) to efficiently extract, process and analyse data and automate analysis workflows to evaluate experiments.
  • Visualise and Report Findings: Create clear presentations/reports to summarise and communicate the results of your analysis to internal teams and the client.
  • Education and Best Practice: Work with agency and client-side stakeholders to help educate them about experimentation and promote best practice implementation.

Who You Are (Essential Skills):

  • Commercial experience in a data science, analytics, or other quantitative role.
  • Proven experience and expertise in experimentation and knowledge of a broad range of causal inference techniques including A/B testing (RCT testing), geographic testing, causal impact analysis and econometric methods.
  • A good understanding of applied statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression.
  • Strong coding skills in SQL, Python or R for data ETL and analysis.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain your analytical methods and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • A genuine curiosity and a desire to learn and develop your skills in media measurement.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with digital media platforms and their data (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Google Analytics).
  • Experience and knowledge of specific experimentation offering from major digital platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon etc.)
  • Experience working with cloud data environments (e.g., GCP, AWS).
  • An interest in the financial services sector.
