Role
Findasense is looking for an Experiential Marketing Associate that supports the design, planning and execution of tailored, one of a kind event experiences that exceeds individual and business expectations, while remaining true to our brand and culture. In partnership with Marketing, Sales and our Leadership teams across the business, the Experiential Marketing Associate understands our priorities and supports the creation of in-person experiences. This role enables closeness with our customers, unique team experiences, and a standout brand that is right fit to our highest priority market segments.
Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
- Handle all event logistics including venue management and liaising, food and beverage requirements, meeting room set ups, fabrications, travel and accommodations, required staffing and promo items
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact from start to finish (i.e. managing relationships and communication with key stakeholders, internal business partners and vendors)
- Coordinate approvals process with broker-dealer firms
- Provide back up support for advisor reimbursement expenses and vendor payment processing
- Manage data collection and performance tracking (SFDC, PowerBI)
- Support event technology use (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, PGI) for registration, attendee management, and basic troubleshooting for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Assist with monitoring industry trends and share observations with the team to inform event planning.
- Help maintain project timelines and budgets under guidance from senior team members.
- Provide support for multi-channel projects, including live events and digital components, by coordinating logistics and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for experiential marketing integration and assist with implementation steps.
- Support segmentation strategies by preparing lists, updating data, and coordinating outreach activities.
- Assist in connecting experiential initiatives with marketing and sales efforts by coordinating with internal partners (digital, social, PR).
- Help develop promotional materials and support pre-event and post-event follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for content and graphics needed for events.
- Assist with vendor estimates and invoice processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in process improvement discussions and implement updates as directed by senior team members. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 3 - 4 Years of experience
- Effective project management and coordination capabilities
- Demonstrated experience with communicating and presenting project plans to key stakeholders from the Coordinator- to Senior Manager- level within an organization.
- Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions
- Experience with plan processes and work across broad, diverse groups to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
- Demonstrates sound judgment in resolving matters of simple to moderate complexity
- Effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managers
- Ability to collaborate and develop and maintain working relationships inside and outside the organization.
