From local golf club to live TV broadcasts, our products set the global standard for accuracy and innovation.  We are now looking for an experienced Computer Vision Developer to join our R&D Tracking team, working on Trackman Range and Golf Broadcast solutions where we capture golf shots and deliver real-time data and visuals to players and fans across the globe.  

We are a R&D Tracking team of five passionate engineers and innovators, and we are now looking for an experienced Computer Vision Developer to join us. Together, we build cutting-edge solutions where we capture golf shots and deliver real-time data and visuals to players and fans across the globe. As part of the team, you will work hands-on with modern technologies, collaborate closely with skilled colleagues, and help shape the future of our products through creativity, curiosity, and strong technical expertise. 

What you’ll do  

  • Lead the design and implementation of computer vision and deep learning solutions for real-time tracking and visualization  

  • Own and evolve critical algorithms with a strong focus on accuracy, performance, and robustness in production environments  

  • Drive model optimization and deployment for real-time and embedded systems  

  • Contribute to system-level architecture decisions involving vision, radar fusion, and real-time pipelines  

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation  

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with radar, graphics, product, and broadcast teams  

Requirements

The ideal candidate has   

  • 5+ years of professional experience working with computer vision systems in production  

  • A master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field  

  • Strong programming skills in Python (OpenCV, NumPy, deep learning frameworks, OpenVINO) and optionally C++  

  • Understanding of classical computer vision techniques  

  • Pinhole camera model 

  • Feature detection and matching  

  • Camera calibration (intrinsics & extrinsics)  

  • Image and video processing  

  • Experience designing and deploying deep learning models for vision, including model optimization and inference performance tuning  

  • Strong understanding of real-time systems (latency, frame rates, buffering)  

  • Experience with software architecture, modular system design, and Docker-based workflows for reproducible development and deployment on servers or embedded systems  

Other valued experience   

  • Knowledge of radar technology and signal processing  

  • Interest in sports technology or real-time systems
