Full-Time Experienced Veterinary Nurse

Alexandria Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, progressive, and community-focused team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing high-quality nursing care across surgical, medical, and routine procedures

• Monitoring anaesthesia and assisting with surgeries

• Admitting and discharging patients

• Performing nurse consultations (where applicable)

• Maintaining hospital cleanliness, equipment and standards

• Supporting reception when required

• Building positive relationships with clients and their pets

What we’re looking for:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)

• Minimum 2–3 years’ clinical experience

• Confident in anaesthetic monitoring and general nursing

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A compassionate, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment
