What You'll Do:

Assist in the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
Conduct in-depth research on various tax issues and regulations to provide consulting and advisory services to clients.
Collaborate with senior team members to identify and implement tax-saving strategies for clients.
Participate in client meetings and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Support the training and development of junior staff through mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

Qualifications you should have: We’re looking for a motivated professional with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, an active CPA license, and at least 5 years of experience in tax preparation and advisory services. Supervisory experience is a plus. A strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office are essential.
