We are looking for a dependable and experienced Licensed Plumber to join a residential service team supporting homeowners throughout Milford, CT and nearby communities in New Haven and Fairfield counties. This full-time position is focused on delivering reliable plumbing, heating, and maintenance services while maintaining a strong commitment to customer care and safety standards.

The Plumber will travel to residential service locations in Milford, CT to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and perform installations with efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well independently, and represents the company in a courteous and professional manner when interacting with clients across Milford and surrounding neighborhoods.

Daily work involves responding to dispatched service calls, inspecting plumbing systems, resolving technical problems, and ensuring equipment and service vehicles remain properly maintained. The position supports a service-focused operation where completing jobs correctly on the first visit is a priority for customers in Milford, Connecticut.

Core Duties

  • Quickly respond to residential plumbing service calls across Milford, CT and surrounding service zones.
  • Diagnose plumbing, heating, and maintenance issues using practical field experience.
  • Complete repairs, installations, and routine maintenance with careful attention to workmanship.
  • Keep assigned vehicles, inventory supplies, and tools organized and ready for service work.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining work requirements and recommended solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in residential plumbing or a similar trade environment.
  • Active Licensed Plumber certification is required; EPA certification is considered advantageous.

  • Positive customer service attitude with professional communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and Social Security documentation.

Work Schedule
