Experienced IT Consultant – Public Funding for Innovation

We are seeking an Experienced IT Consultant with a PhD and proven experience in innovation funding consulting, to take a leading role in the delivery of CIR/CII projects and the strategic support of innovative clients.

You will combine scientific excellence, consulting experience, and client leadership, with a strong emphasis on high-quality scientific writing and audit robustness.

Lead and secure high-value CIR/CII engagements, ensuring scientific rigor, compliance, and strategic value for clients, while contributing to team leadership and business development.

• Lead the scientific analysis and writing of complex CIR/CII files.

• Define and validate eligibility strategies for digital R&D projects.

• Review, challenge, and validate scientific narratives produced by junior and medior consultants.

• Act as a key interlocutor for clients’ technical and executive teams.

• Support and manage CIR/CII audits and technical discussions with authorities.

• Contribute to strategic client advisory on R&D and innovation roadmaps.

• Mentor consultants and ensure quality standards across the team.

• Contribute to internal expertise development and thought leadership.

• PhD in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Data, AI, or related fields.

• Proven experience in CIR/CII or innovation funding consulting (mandatory).

• Outstanding scientific and technical writing skills in French.

• Fluent professional English.
