You will contribute to day-to-day IAM operations while supporting continuous improvement:

  • Manage lifecycle operations for user identities (creation, updates, deactivation)
  • Implement and apply access controls aligned with organisational roles and policies
  • Participate in deployments, upgrades and maintenance of IAM solutions
  • Deliver Level 1 support for access and identity-related incidents
  • Handle requests related to application access and permissions
  • Maintain and enhance IAM documentation, workflows and procedures
  • Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure access consistency and compliance.

To thrive in this mission, you bring : 

  • Solid understanding of core cybersecurity principles
  • Strong command of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD
  • Practical experience in Identity & Access Management operations
  • Mastery of RBAC and ABAC models
  • Understanding of SAML, OpenID Connect and modern authentication flows
  • Familiarity with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Evidian IGA, Okta, etc
  • Previous experience in IT user support (required)
  • Structured working habits, reliability and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Agile methods is appreciated
  • Experience in environments with complex regulatory or security constraints (insurance, finance, etc.) is an asset
  • Scripting and automation interest (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Analytical thinking and strong organisational abilities
  • Autonomy, initiative and problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in French and English
