Your Role
- Provide expert legal counsel in:
- Estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives)
- Asset protection and business formation
- Medicaid and/or special needs planning (where applicable)
- Review client information and intake data already gathered by our team.
- Conduct thorough consultations—primarily via Zoom—with seniors and their families.
- Coordinate with our in-house support staff to ensure a smooth, turnkey client experience from consultation to document execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license, in good standing
- At least 3+ years of experience in estate planning or closely related practice areas
- Experience with Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning (strongly preferred or required, depending on your focus)
- Ability to independently manage clients and maintain high professional standards
- Multi-state licensure is a plus, but not required
