What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive estate planning counsel, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.

  • Review completed client intake information and deliver thorough, customized recommendations.
  • Partner with our support team to ensure a smooth, professional client experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

  • JD from an accredited law school; active state bar membership in good standing.
  • 2–3 years of estate planning experience (3–5+ and business formation experience strongly preferred).
  • Resident in, and licensed to practice in, the state where you will serve clients.
  • Background or strong interest in special needs and/or Medicaid planning is a plus.
  • Maintains an active private practice and has the capacity and space to meet with clients as needed.
