Experienced DevOps Engineer for QSS/PACCA - REF4934B

The Quality Steering and Security hub develops, operates and manages sustainable solutions for the security requirements in DTIT and in the Deutsche Telekom AG Group.
Processes are designed and operationalized to ensure these requirements in DTIT. IT systems are provided that support the personnel, physical and financial security of company assets, employees and customers.

Description:
You are an interested developer and do not consider cloud security to be a weather phenomenon but an extremely important step for secure cloudification, then read on: Telekom and QSS need you.
 
Your main duties include:

• Support of complex projects with regards to drafting, development, deployment & quality assurance up to production.
• Continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for automated integration and delivery of cloud-related security requirements.
• Work closely with our cloud landing zones with DevOps teams as your stakeholders to innovate the process efficiency and performance of the software and system landscapes.

Project description:
Our mission is to enable the cloud and CI/CD environments against the Privacy and Security Assessment to create a near or full automated solution.
QSS provides several products and services and mechanisms to keep applications and data deployed into the cloud environment of Deutsche Telekom IT reasonably secure by default.
The overall goal is to minimize the manual invest of enabling the Privacy and Security Assessment for the cloud deployments.

We want our stakeholder’s compliance to be secure. For that we want to find the most effective and efficient security solution for our cloud environments.

Requirements Profile:
You have several years of professional experience in the DevOps environment. Furthermore, you are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:

Essential:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Python and / or similar language
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and Security automation
• Knowledge regarding IT Security best practices and familiar with CVE Management
• Extensive knowledge of agile development methods (SAFe, Scrum)
• English is needed for daily communication and documentation
• Excellent problem-solving skill and approached security mindset of Continuous Improvement

Ideal:

• Experience with Git, GitLab CI, GitLab Ultimate (Secret Scanner, SAST, DAST)
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, GCP in a production environment
• Experience in Source Code analysis
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation) 

Chance:

• Interested in learning and practice Web Application Pentesting
