Job Description

We are looking for dynamic Data & AI Consultants (with 3-5 years of relevant experience) to join our Singapore team. This role is ideal for individuals experienced with large and complex datasets, SQL and Power BI, and who thrive in fast-paced consulting environments. 

You can expect to bring consulting experience to: 

• Support Data & Analytics Solutions:
  • Work with large, complex datasets across multiple sources (e.g. ERP, CRM, APIs, flat files).
  • Develop advanced SQL queries to support data extraction, validation, and performance optimisation.
  • Operationalise data solutions by scheduling and monitoring pipelines, managing data quality, and ensuring lineage and governance.
  • Build Microsoft Fabric data assets including semantic models, Data Warehouse objects, Data pipelines, Dataflows, Notebooks, and external connectors.
  • Adapt quickly to different tools and technologies while working across varied system landscapes.
  • Apply cross-technology understanding to support data solution design. 
• Contribute to Client Digital Transformation:
  • Translate raw data into governed, analytics-ready structures with consistent business logic.
  • Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI connected to Fabric semantic models.
  • Support requirements gathering, workshop preparation, validation activities, and post-go-live enhancement work.
    
• Engage with Stakeholders:
  • Collaborate with client users and internal teams to clarify requirements, validate data, resolve issues and propose solutions.
    
  • Work effectively in consulting environments and cross-functional project teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
• Contribute to Building LC:
  • Take ownership of tasks and follow through with resolution or escalation. 
  • Champion internal initiatives that align with our growth ambitions, be an advocate for business excellence and continuous improvement.
    

These experiences are not required but are an advantage to have: 

• Strong at breaking down complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly explanations for non-technical audiences.
  
• Background in ERP or enterprise systems.
• Microsoft certifications (Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Engineer) or general analytics exposure.
