Experienced AI Engineer- CTO Office

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our team and lead the implementation of advanced AI solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, as well as experience with agentic AI solutions, generative UI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and conversational UI. Experience with consumer products that are actively used by customers is highly desirable.
Our team is at the forefront of developing state-of-the-art travel and expense consumer products that leverage AI-driven generative experiences to deliver seamless, intuitive, and highly personalized solutions. By harnessing cutting-edge AI technologies, we aim to transform the way users manage and interact with travel and expense services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement algorithms and models that integrate AI solutions into our products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Work closely with other AI team members to create a cohesive and effective implementation strategy for advanced AI technologies.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI technologies, applying innovative techniques and tools to improve our solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience as backend/full-stack engineer.
• Strong understanding in AI, with hands-on experience in agentic AI solutions and LLMs.
• Proven experience with consumer products that are actively used by customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a logical and critical approach to challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
