About the Role: Lead end-to-end execution of expansion projects while owning the critical path to ensure delivery in line with Bosta’s strategic program objectives. Job Responsibilities

Critical Path Ownership: Lead the expansion project from site acquisition through to final automation commissioning.

Technical Oversight: Coordinate with the engineering team to manage the construction/fitout within the project

Scheduled Delivery: own the timeline/budget variance during the launch of the first projects

Migration Strategy: Execute the "Dark Hub" transition for replacement sites to ensure zero downtime.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Engineering, or related industries.

PMP certification or formal Project Management training preferred.

Advanced proficiency in MS Project.
