Designing and engineering high-velocity delivery hubs that maximize productivity per square meter.
Job Responsibilities
AutoCAD Design: Produce optimized floor plans for all needed sites, focusing on "U-shaped" flow, conveyor placement, and courier dispatch zones.
Civil & Electrical Oversight: Supervise the fit-out of HVAC, fire suppression, and high-load electrical systems (required for autosorters).
Technical Audit: Conduct "pre-buy" structural audits of prospective sites to ensure floor-load and height compliance.
Lean Implementation: Design hub layouts that force adherence to 5S methodology and minimize waste in parcel handling..
Job Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or MEP Engineering.
6-7 years of relevant experience in fit-out projects, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or commercial environments.
Strong expertise in fit-out design and execution.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Solid knowledge of OSHA and NFPA standards and safety regulations
