Exercise Planner - Senior - Secret - Fort Shafter and Makalapa at JBPHH, HI

Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Senior Exercise Planner for a position at Fort Shafter (primary location) and Makalapa at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) as an alternate location, must be willing and able to work at both locations based on client requirements.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Graduate of a Command and General Staff College Intermediate Level Education or Component Equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in planning and executing Component or Joint Exercise Programs
• Familiarity with all five phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
• Proficient in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and the Joint Planning Process (JPP)
• Previous experience serving on staff at an Operational or higher-level Headquarters, such as a Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM
• Understanding of operational-level Joint and Multinational exercise design
• Capable of managing an exercise from initial concept through planning, and delivering senior-level concept of operations briefings
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%

Desired Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Master’s degree
• 8+ years of experience serving at the Brigade level or higher
• Skilled in managing and supporting exercise budgets with various funding sources
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Office 365 suite
• Familiar with JTT and ARTIMS systems
• Prior experience operating or serving in Japan
• Solid understanding of Multi-Domain Operations and related concepts
• Strong time management abilities and proven organizational leadership
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
