Mentor and collaborate with junior recruiters; contribute to team culture and knowledge sharing.
4+ years of recruiting experience with a significant focus on executive or senior-level searches.
Experience in an executive search firm (retained) and/or in-house recruiting with exposure to senior hires.
Proven ability to identify, attract, engage and close senior and passive candidates across functions (e.g., product, engineering, finance, sales, marketing).
Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnering skills with senior leaders.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Comfort with market mapping, research tools (Findem) and CRM platforms (Thrive).
Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality candidates and successful placements.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Highly collaborative, proactive and comfortable in a fast paced, often ambiguous environment.
Experience recruiting executives across multiple geographies and ideally globally.
Background in technology, SaaS, or other relevant industry verticals.
Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based assessment techniques.
Experience mentoring junior recruiters or leading small search projects.
Opportunity to operate with autonomy and influence as part of a highly collaborative, strategic, in-house mini search firm.
Close collaboration with senior leadership and exposure to high-impact roles.
Competitive compensation and benefits.
Flexible work options (3 days in office) and a supportive team culture focused on development.
