Executive/Senior Executive - TET

Candidates are expected to work In US shift timings (6 PM to 3 AM IST). Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience minimum with finance background or risk management to only apply. Job Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the onshore Transaction Execution Team in the US on all their lending transactions
  • Managing internal compliances on all US lending transactions
  • Managing digital signatures of documents generated by all teams during the lending lifecycle
  • Coordinating physical wet ink signatures with members of the team in London
  • Maintaining various trackers for the Transaction Execution Team to ensure that none of the timelines are missed
  • Tracking registration of OakNorth Bank’s security at the Companies House which is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies
  • Tracking and managing deal handovers from the Transaction Execution Team to the Portfolio Management Team
  • Ensuring that all Transaction Execution Team members manage their post completion tasks for all lending transactions
  • Managing trackers for amendments and amended and restated facility agreements for Emma Backhouse in Portfolio Management team
  • Arranging meetings and diary invites for internal and external meetings for members of the Transaction Execution Team
  • Desired Skills:

  • Ability to independently investigate/analyze information and draw/present conclusions  
  • Ability to work outside of comfort zone and develop new areas of proficiency  
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management and organizational ability
