PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing process, sourcing suppliers, Coordinate with Suppliers across the globe and ensuring that materials are procured at the best possible prices and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products

  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

  • Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. 

  • Capacity planning for one or multiple product line .Validate demand vs capacity gaps and take actions to fill the gap

  • Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget

  • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

  • Collaborate with Production,Material Planning,Quality control, warehouse and other staff.

  • Team Work -work closely with production and customer service on order management and coordinate effectively to avoid any delay

  • Work under minimum or no supervision with best results and set KPI Targets

 

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a PPC or inventory  planner (typically 2-3 years).

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    • Familiarity with ERP Oracle is a plus.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
