We’re seeking a highly skilled Executive Recruiter to work closely with senior leadership to attract and secure top talent for our organization. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and candidates alike, leveraging your expertise in executive recruitment to ensure alignment between organizational needs and candidate expectations. 

The ideal candidate is an exceptional relationship builder, expert negotiator, and skilled closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Acting as a trusted advisor to both senior leadership and candidates, you will leverage your expertise to align organizational needs with candidate goals, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that delivers exceptional outcomes for both AFS and candidates. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and nurture candidate relationships:
    • Build and maintain robust networks of qualified candidates, cultivating connections for both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent pipelines. 
  • Full Lifecycle Executive Recruitment:
    • Source highly qualified candidate pools.
    • Guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring transparency, alignment, and an exceptional experience.
    • Lead the assessment process, partnering with stakeholders to evaluate candidate fit.
    • Develop compelling business cases to support hiring decisions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on offer creation, negotiate complex compensation packages, and manage the offer approval process.
    • Ensure successful onboarding and seamless integration of new hires. 
  • Strategic Talent Advisor: Partner closely with HR leadership and recruitment teams.  Conduct research on external industry trends and provide marketplace intelligence to leadership. 
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Provide regular updates on search progress, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes. Track key recruitment metrics to measure success and inform process improvements. 

 

Here's what you need: 

  • Proven expertise in executive recruitment:
    • Minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years of executive-level recruitment with a proven track record of successfully hiring senior technology executives. 
  • Expert negotiation skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex compensation packages and influence senior leaders and candidates to achieve win-win outcomes.
    • Skilled at handling sensitive conversations with tact, empathy, and confidence to align candidate expectations with organizational goals. 
  • Strategic mindset:
    • Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing industry insights and guidance on talent strategy. 
  • Data proficiency:
    • Expertise in leveraging candidate data and analytics to inform decisions, track progress, and optimize recruitment strategies. 

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
