Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site quality assurance audit assessments, reviews and improve overall operations at region level.
  • Ensure operational compliance with regulations, internal controls and quality standards are consistently adhered to as per business and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & GDPMD standard.
  • Perform Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, Environment & Goods Distribution Practices for Medical Devices induction or training as planned.
  • Support and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & GDPMD implementation at sites.
  • Support and execute HSE compliances such as Accident Investigations and Reporting, Emergency Response Plan, and Critical Equipment Maintenance.
  • Strengthen Health, Safety, Environment compliance and improve Safety Score for Minimum Standard Audit.
  • Lead on compliance for Flagship Warehouse and Station for region level.
  • Prepare all relevant reports, summaries etc. for Internal Audit, Non-Conformance etc.
  • Provide review observation and findings to stakeholders, team leads, and management team. 
  • Conduct appropriate feedback on findings and observations based on the areas of improvement identified from the quality assurance and audit reviews/ monitoring.
  • Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and drive improvements.
  • Conduct problem solving on the quality gap to derive root cause/draw sound conclusion with robust solutions
  • Work closely & hand in hand with other departments to respond immediately to relevant quality-related needs
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and or Senior Management.

Requirements

  • Candidates possess at least Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • Have experience at least 2- 3 years experience in Quality Assurance, Health, Safety & Environmental or in Warehouse, Transport, Courier or Logistic Industry.
  • Has experienced in Document Control Center (Klang Valley only)
  • Attended internal auditor ISO 9001 training and/or any ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & GDPMD (added advantage)
  • Good knowledge in ISO9001. Knowledge in ISO14001, ISO45001 or GDPMD will be added advantage.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and highly disciplined team player.
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive and passionate in conducting tasks.
  • Structured and good in documentation & report writing.
  • Excellent in English and Malay. 
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal/strong analytical problem-solving skill;
  • Ability to drive change and lead team through the continual improvement process.
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia
