The Executive Producer is the senior leader and business owner of the game/franchise, responsible for its creative direction, production execution, and commercial success.
As EP, You will ensure alignment, quality, and long-term growth across all stages of development and live operations.
Your daily tasks:
- Setting strategic vision: defining and leading the creative, technical, and long-term strategic direction of the game/franchise.
- Owning the P&L: maintaining full responsibility for budget, revenue forecasts, and financial performance, prioritizing growth and value creation.
- Overseeing game development: guiding the product through all phases, pre-production to live, ensuring execution aligns with strategy and publishing goals.
- Ensuring quality: driving delivery of high-quality, engaging content that meets technical and creative standards.
- Making final decisions: serving as the primary escalation point for scope, schedule, and financial decisions, including veto power.
- Risks management: identifying and mitigating major production and operational risks.
- Driving commercial initiatives: seeking and executing new opportunities for revenue growth, brand expansion, and market impact.
- Aligning stakeholders: delivering clear communication and reporting to Techland’s C-Level and Strategic Partners.
- Improving production practices: optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, predictability, and quality.
10+ years of senior leadership experience in AAA video game production.
Proven shipping experience across PC/console platforms.
Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
Advanced business and financial understanding, including live-service models.
Ability to define long-term vision and deliver against it.
Flexibility and problem-solving mindset.
Deep passion for video games.
Very good command of English.
