Role Summary and Impact 
  • Execute and implement e-commerce campaigns on major platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and across various media platforms for established local and global brands in multiple industries. 
  • Manage implementation and collaborate with media owners, agency partners, and internal buying teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time. 
  • Support managers on full funnel planning tactics for e-Commerce activation (awareness, consideration and conversion touchpoints) across multiple e-Commerce platforms both core platforms (i.e. TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) 
  • Provide actionable insights during mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations 
  • Apply knowledge of the media landscape and digital/media channels to integrate strategies into the bigger communication plan, while continuously developing industry expertise 
  • Ensure the financial process is followed in terms of client set-up, invoicing and billing process 
  • Assist the team in all aspects of servicing clients to standards of excellence. 
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time 
  
Skills and experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in majors as Media & Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience 
  • 1+ year of experience in digital/media execution, client-side in-house team, or media owner capacity. Media agency background is preferred. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Strong desire to learn and grow 
  • Effective communication skills and ability to adjust to a fast-changing environment 
  • Team player - able to receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive in a team environment and able to work collaboratively 
  • Passionate about digital media and technology and eager to keep learning 
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, problem solving and time management skills 
  • Strive for excellence demonstrated by a commitment to continuous improvement, taking initiative and delivering results despite constraints Knowledge of digital marketing or hands-on execution experience across any Social platforms preferred 
  • Proactively seek feedback on your work to take it to the next level 
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask 
  • Ongoing interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
