We are building a dedicated OpsTalent (Recruitment) capability to strengthen how we hire for Operations roles. This role focuses on hands-on recruitment execution, starting with Last Mile hiring and expanding across Operations. This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract, with conversion to permanent subject to the success of the OpsTalent pilot.
Job Descriptions:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned Ops roles
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for frontline and Ops positions
Partner closely with Station Heads and Ops managers to meet hiring needs
Maintain accurate hiring trackers and pipeline visibility
Identify no-show, drop-off, and attrition trends and flag issues early
Support efforts to reduce reliance on recruitment agencies
Requirements:
1–4 years of recruitment or HR experience, ideally with volume or frontline hiring
Comfortable working with Ops, site-based teams, or high-volume environments
Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder communication skills
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple roles at once
Practical, resilient, and detail-oriented
Experience in logistics, retail, F&B, manufacturing, or similar Ops-heavy industries is an advantage.
