Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive reports and assign risk scores by analyzing entities through annual reports, supporting documents, site visits, and management discussions
Conduct detailed financial analysis, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and industry benchmarking
Assess the managerial and operational capabilities of channel partners
Review channel partners’ adherence to statutory, regulatory, and AML compliance requirements
Perform sectoral assessments and comparative industry analysis
Execute portfolio analysis for clients to provide insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain risk‑scoring models tailored to client requirements
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management of client accounts
Key Requirements:
MBA in Finance; CFA Level I/II or CMA certification is an added advantage
Strong understanding of management, operational, financial, and compliance risk frameworks
Proficient in ratio analysis, liquidity evaluation, and cash flow assessment
Ability to interpret statutory filings, regulatory disclosures, and litigation records
Skilled in developing risk‑scoring models and implementing due‑diligence methodologies
Effective stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
