Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and convert them into clear solution ideas and outlines.
Support senior solution leaders by preparing draft proposals, storyboards, and concept notes.
Participate in client discussions, capture key requirements, and summarize outcomes.
Conduct market and business research, including industry trends and competitor analysis.
Create clear documentation such as meeting notes, requirement documents, and client‑ready presentations.
Develop structured, visually strong PowerPoint decks with data‑backed insights.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, timelines, and smooth execution.
Support project tracking, proposal submissions, and event preparations.
Key Requirements:
MBA in Finance or Marketing from a recognized institution.
1–2 years of experience in business development research, market analysis, or solution‑oriented roles.
Exposure to the finance domain, emerging technologies, and company/industry research.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, charts, pivots) and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
