Main Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the daily supervision of hotel operations, ensuring consistency with Belmond standards.
  • Ensure compliance with LQA quality standards.
  • Analyze operational and qualitative KPIs and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

  • Experience, even brief, in operational or coordination roles in luxury hotels.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and key operational processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments.
  • Highest level of discretion, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
