Time-bound, errorless report preparation with indicators that will help the manager and GM Ops capabilities to analyze the complaint management process and its progress role & responsibilities .

1. Support manager operations along with close coordination of the reporting team in establishing a robust and dynamic end-to-end comprehensive system for effective complaint management for NKA accounts & timely SOS follow-up on a regular basis.

2. Collate various complaints across NKA customers, analyze, and provide feedback to the manager of operations capability.

3. As a result of a comprehensive complaint management & feedback system, enhance the customer service experience and strengthen customer confidence in RPCI leading to increased customer retention.

4. Maintain proper coordination with branches & NKA team (if required at the customer level also) to ensure monitoring of planning, scheduling, & on-time service delivery as per contract for select NKA customers.

5. With the support of the manager of operations, monitor:

a. SOS

b. TAT for all steps involved in complaint management

c. Collate & analyze data and prepare action plans and present findings on a regular basis in internal calls.

6. Any other work or projects assigned from time to time.

Skills preferred:

  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and fluent English. Local languages preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency - Google Suites/MS suite, iCABs, Internal systems and
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Ability to work with branch team & NKA team for faster complaint resolution
  • Preferred graduate from any field. Basic pest knowledge, complaint resolutioncustomer-facing.
  • Good team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functions (IT, iCABs, CCC, branches, NKA).
  • Agile and flexible, must take initiative and be innovative in processes .
  • Willingness to travel based on the needs
  • Project Management & Time Management Skills: systematic and methodical working

KPI:

  • Time-bound, errorless report preparation with indicators that will help the manager and GM Ops capabilities to analyze the complaint management process and its progress.
  • On-time service delivery as per contractual obligations.
  • 96 to 100 % SOS handled accounts.
  • Improve recording of complaints (C7 & CO compliance) in icabs for all NKA customers .
  • xx% reduction in the NKA customer complaints.
  • Improving the NPS of NKA customers.
  • Improve retention % for handled accounts
